MacLaine has won numerous awards including two British Academy Film Awards, 5 Golden Globe Awards, as well as the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award and the 40th AFI Life Achievement Award from the American Film Institute.

ALL IN A NIGHT'S WORK: The young heir to a publishing business fears foul play when his uncle is found dead after spending the night with a mysterious woman. Things go from bad to worse for the young man when he begins to fall in love with the woman.

ARTISTS AND MODELS: Painter Rick Todd (Dean Martin) is having difficulty with his career, so he starts taking inspiration from the dreams of his friend and roommate, Eugene (Jerry Lewis), a comic book fan who narrates an adventure story while he sleeps. Unbeknown to Eugene, Abigail Parker (Dorothy Malone), the artist for his favorite comic book, lives in the same building with her roommate, Bessie (Shirley MacLaine), the model for Abigail's drawings. Eventually, the two pairs meet, and Bessie takes to Eugene.

GUARDING TESS: Doug Chesnic (Nicolas Cage), an agent with the Secret Service Uniformed Division, is assigned to protect former first lady Tess Carlisle (Shirley MacLaine). Chesnic finds the job demeaning and a challenge because of Tess' high-maintenance personality and petty demands. He's desperate to get another assignment, but she insists that he remain head of her security detail, using her influence with the current president to get her way. When she's kidnapped, however, Chesnic's feelings change.

GAMBIT: Harry Dean (Michael Caine) is a career burglar set on stealing a piece of priceless art from the world's wealthiest man, Mr. Shahbandar (Herbert Lom). With the help of exotic showgirl Nicole Chang (Shirley MacLaine), he concocts the perfect scheme for how the robbery should go and lays it out point by point. However, when the team tries to execute the plan, perfection and reality don't quite match up, and Harry's vision begins to unravel in this twisty tale of a heist gone wrong.

THESE OLD BROADS: A television executive stages a reunion for former Hollywood stars (Shirley MacLaine, Debbie Reynolds, Joan Collins) when their film becomes a cult hit in re-release.

BEWITCHED: Movie star Jack Wyatt (Will Ferrell) has hit a rough patch in his career. Looking to make a comeback, he signs on to play the role of Darrin in a movie version of the popular 1960's sitcom "Bewitched". Jack insists that an unknown is hired to play Darrin's better half, the beguiling witch-housewife Samantha, so the studio finds an up-and-comer named Isabel Bigelow (Nicole Kidman). Once shooting begins, though, Jack learns that Isabel was cast too well--since she actually is a witch.

MRS WINTERBOURNE: Connie (Ricki Lake), unwed and pregnant, is heading to Boston by train when she meets wealthy newlyweds Hugh (Brendan Fraser) and Patricia (Ricki Lake). The train crashes, and when Connie comes to in the hospital, she is mistaken for Patricia, who died in the crash with Hugh. Opting to play along, Connie gets in even deeper when she meets Hugh's family in Boston and discovers no-one had ever met Patricia--and that Hugh has a handsome twin brother, Bill (Brendan Fraser).

TWO MULES FOR SISTER SARA: When gunslinger Hogan (Clint Eastwood) discovers a group of men attempting to rape a young nun, Sara (Shirley MacLaine), he shoots them dead and rescues the woman. The two escape to a nearby camp of Mexican revolutionaries, who have hired Hogan to help fight the invading French army. En-route, Sara turns out to be surprisingly crude for a nun, drinking, smoking and using curse words. When she also proves to be handy with a gun, Hogan begins wondering if she is telling him the whole truth.

SWEET CHARITY: Charity Hope Valentine (Shirley MacLaine) always tries to look on the bright side of life, despite working in a rundown dance hall and contending with a seemingly endless run of bad dates. Determined to find love, Charity falls for suave actor Vittorio Vidal (Ricardo Montalban), but their romance is all too brief. However, when Charity finds herself stuck in an elevator with the reserved Oscar Lindquist (John McMartin), it turns out that she may have finally met her match.

POSTCARDS FROM THE EDGE: Hollywood actress Suzanne Vale is on a slippery slope as a recovering addict. On exit from rehab, it is recommended she stay with her mother, who has become a somewhat champion drinker herself. Suzanne therefore struggles to maintain her sobriety and her sanity in the company of Doris.
