On returning to her beloved Los Angeles after being away for months on a book tour, Kat finds the shops success skyrocketing so much that the crew are getting slammed with constant requests. To take some of the heat, Kat calls her good friend Nikko, who guest spots for a couple of days and wows the shop with a gory portrait. As the crew comes together to celebrate Kat's 2 years of sobriety, Ms Von D takes time out to celebrate with a tattoo for her sister Karoline.
