SEASON 1: Hardened FBI agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton), is drawn into a complex conspiracy when a mysterious woman (Jaime Alexander), is found in Times Square covered in a series of cryptic tattoos, including his name on her back. As Weller and his teammates at the FBI--among them, wartime vet Edgar Reed, the secretive Tasha Zapata and Assistant Director Mayfair (Marianne Jean-Baptiste)--begin to investigate Jane Doe's tattoos, they are drawn into a high-stakes underworld that twists and turns through a labyrinth of secrets and revelations--and the information they uncover might ultimately change the world. With every passing day, Jane unveils a new skill or a hidden talent without understanding its origin, while Weller is drawn deeper into his troubled, complicated relationship with this enigmatic woman. They both strive to make a connection, unaware of the dangerous blind-spot that threatens them.

SEASON 2: The mystery behind Jane Doe continues to deepen. After the shocking events in the first season, we learn that Jane is not who she (or Kurt Weller's FBI team) thought she was. Season Two continues to unravel the conspiracy behind her identity and her former life with the shadowy organisation known as Orion--before joining Weller and the FBI.

SEASON 3: Two years forward and Agent Kurt Weller finally tracks down Jane, who's been on the run. After the two discover a new set of luminescent tattoos planted on Jane's decipher, investigate and solve the clues behind her tattoos, an ever-widening web of conspiracy and corruption is revealed, as is the truth behind Jane's true identity and the organisation that sent her to the FBI in the first place.

SEASON 4: Jane is being poisoned by ZIP, the very drug used to wipe her memory at the premiere of the series. Also suffering from the disease, her brother was searching for a cure and hid caches of data all over the globe. The team will follow a trail of cryptic breadcrumbs that lead to all-new crimes to solve and, with any luck, a cure to save Jane. Weller is on the brink of death, Remi returned from the depths of Jane's mind and Zapata working with the bad guys. Not knowing that Zapata has joined the villainous HCI Global, Reade tries desperately to find her. At the same time, Patterson hunts to cure Jane with Rich DotCom.

SEASON 5: Their time has come. The former FBI team of heroes--Kurt Weller, Jane Doe, Edgar Reade, Tasha Zapata, Patterson and Rich Dotcom--attempts to carry out a mission with the highest stakes yet. With the team on the run, Jane and the surviving members of the former FBI taskforce will race against the clock to clear their names. Without the extensive resources that their former titles afforded them, they must find a way to stop Madeline Burke before she can track them down and take them out once and for all.
